We Are Committed To Families, Children and Survivors.
Families come in many different forms.
We are dedicated to ensuring all children and families in Rutherford County have a community built around them that uplifts, supports and guides parents, caregivers, children and survivors.
Our Mission Is You.
Family life is complex and can be difficult at times to navigate. Our focus is advocating for the needs of all children and families in our community – we are here to give you the tools and support you need.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive family resources through advocacy, education, prevention, and intervention, in an effort to eliminate child abuse, family violence and sexual assault, as well as, increase self-sufficiency in order to enhance the quality of life in our community.
Our programs offer a wide-range of support services tailored to the needs of families in our community. Working together with partner agencies, we have established a strong network of programming, ranging from parenting support to abuse prevention, intervention and emergency services.
Parent and Caregiver Support
We understand how difficult it is to parent today. Our Circle of Parents, Relatives as Parents (RAPP) and Parenting Wisely programs are here to help you navigate the right path for you and your children, and give you a circle of support from parents and caregivers like you.
Crisis Intervention and Advocacy Services
We are here to create a safe environment for those in need in our community to flourish. We are passionate about providing services that protect children and families. We support those in need of our services through shelter, crisis intervention, advocacy and inter-agency collaboration. The PATH Shelter, Noah’s House and the Children’s Advocacy Center all provide a safe place for families to access support and facilitate healing.
Earning your high school diploma can be stressful, especially when trying to parent a young child at the same time. With our ParentLearn program, our goal is to give you the support and resources you need – from free childcare and transportation, to parenting guidance and education – to assist in your journey.
